Differences between a strong line and a weak line

How can you generally measure line quality? Are there any objective criteria for comparisons? For a simplified example, let's take an ordinary coin. At a distance tending to infinity, when tossing a coin, it will fall on one side in 50% of cases - this is mathematics, a pattern, this must be accepted as an axiom.

Based on this conclusion, the ideal odds for a coin to fall should look like 2-2 (1/50% - 1/50%), but not a single bookmaker, of course, will offer such quotes, since it was opened in order to make money. The adapter consists of two K-line adapters, one works on the K line (COM1) and the second on the L line (COM2), here MAX232 for converting RS232-TTL levels, and L9637 for converting TTL signals along two lines Rx and Tx into a signal of the ISO9141 standard, where log 1 and 0 have their respective meanings.

The Tiny2313 and 24c02 microcircuits are designed to protect the software; a key is written into the firmware, which, when starting the Uniscan software, is checked with the program; first, signals are sent from the first and second ports, then the key is sent to the second COM port.
