It may turn out that the problem is not with the seals, but with the drainage. It happens that they become clogged and water gets into the cabin. If you cannot do without repairs, then you need to ask a knowledgeable person about the design of the seals. As a rule, these are rubber tubes fastened with a plastic facing edging. They are attached to the flange of the door opening through the frame. A hole is made in the elastic band for air at a distance of 200-300 mm. So, with everything prepared, let's start repairing the seals.
The sealant must be very carefully separated with a spatula and carefully inspected to see if there are any cracks, abrasions or deformations on it. Regardless of whether something was discovered or not, the seal must be cleaned and degreased with a solvent. Then you need to apply a layer of glue on it. The first layer should be allowed to dry for 10-15 minutes. It is important that dust or water does not get on the glue. Next, you need to apply a second layer of glue, which will be the main one and will hold the seal. After pressing firmly, the sealant should be given 10-12 minutes to set.
